Poppy began performing in London, whilst she was studying at Goldsmiths University, becoming a regular on the anti-folk scene. Now based in Bristol they are a solid trio consisting of double bass, drums, guitar and vocals. They have a lot of fun touring up and down the UK, with fans spread from York all the way down to Penryn. Poppy+Friends produce a very punky honest style of folk music.
